“Welcome to Taverners Hill Infants School a small Kindergarten – Year Two school situated in Petersham in Sydney’s Inner West.

Our experienced and dedicated staff create a supportive, nurturing and inclusive environment for our 4.5 years - 8 year old students. Every child is known, valued and supported by all staff to reach their potential and love learning. We value and promote respect, curiosity and teamwork.

Early Childhood Education

Our small K-2 school develops the whole child allowing social, emotional and learning growth in a supportive and inclusive environment from their first day. We aim to make every child feel valued, safe and celebrated.

Explicit Teaching of Literacy and Numeracy

Our experienced early childhood teachers support each child’s literacy and numeracy growth through explicit teaching, personalised support and extension. Our students demonstrate strong literacy and numeracy skills as they complete their K-2 eduation.

A Strong Sense of Community
